When will my order ship? TOP

Many of our items are available for immediate shipment. These include laundry bags, cups, coozies, towels, and baby items. These items are completed in house and will be shipped out within 5 business days. Occasionally an item has to be ordered and can take up to 10 days to ship. Items in your order may be shipped separately. In this instance, you would be contacted directly by customer service.

How do I list a monogram? TOP

We monogram items based on the information that you provide, so a clear understanding on both parts is a must. We offer monogramming of a single letter, full name, or three letter monogram. If listing a single letter - list that letter. If listing a full name, just type in the name in the Monogram Details box. The tricky part can be the three letter monogram. In this case mark the three letter monogram option, then list the ENTIRE NAME in the Monogram Details box. We will configure the monogram based on this information.

What service do you use for shipping? TOP

Small orders are generally shipped through the US Postal Service. Larger items are generally shipped via UPS Ground.

Can I send you an item to monogram? TOP

Sure, we gladly monogram items other than products we carry. Anything from Christening gowns and boutique dresses to towels and shower curtains. If you're in the Aiken area, we will gladly drop off and pick up. If you'd like a quote on your item, contact us at orders@awfiddlesticks.com

We do attempt to price our monogramming very competitively and are often below the market average. Check us out!

What is your return policy? TOP

We will only accept returns on personalized items, which were not filled to order specifications. We have made every effort to tailor our ordering system to eliminate any confusion regarding the specifics of personalizing an item. If your order is ambiguous, or we have concerns, we will contact you to clarify. Upon receipt of your purchase, you have three business days to notify us of incorrect personalization.
